Suggested Use Add our “Durga” Seasoning during cooking. Sprinkle over food or mix with oil for a dressing – 1-2 tsps depending on the taste and strength of the person. Alternatively mix ½ tsp with ½ cup warm water ½ hour before lunch and dinner.
