Revive & Balance with “Vishnu”

According to Ayurveda the first requirement for healing oneself & others is a clear understanding of the 3 doshas. The concept of Vata, Pitta & Kapha is unique to Ayurveda and it holds the potential for revolutionising the healing systems of the West. No one is individually made up of solely one element of Vata, Pitta & Kapha, rather each person is a combination of all 3 elements, with a predominant tendency towards one or more. Dr Vasant Lad

Therefore we shouldn’t categorise ourselves into thinking we are a particular dosha and treat ourselves in that way. We can at any time in our lives especially in our busy lifestyles now have aggravations in our body and mind that can relate to any of the Doshas.
