ORDER AND ACCEPTANCE
Each order submitted constitutes an offer to purchase products. Orders are subject to The Spice Trading Company’s acceptance and may be refused at The Spice Trading Company’s discretion, for example in cases where:
- orders cannot be processed due to an error in information you have provided;
- there is an error on the website relating to the products that you have ordered, for example an error relating to the price or description of the product as displayed on the website; or
- products that you have ordered are no longer available through the website.
After The Spice Trading Company receives your order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. If you do not receive an email, contact The Spice Trading Company before you try to place another order for the same product.
If you have any questions, comments or concerns regarding The Spice Trading Company’s order acceptance policy, or if you consider that your order was rejected in error, please contact The Spice Trading Company.
The Spice Trading Company will have the right, at any time, to make changes to information about products displayed on the website, for example information about prices, description or the availability of products and The Spice Trading Company may do so without first giving you notice of the changes. The Spice Trading Company will not, however, make any changes to the price, availability or description of any product after an order has been accepted.
Customer initiated order cancellations and changes.
You can make changes to or cancel your order at any time before your order has been processed. To make changes to your processed order, please contact The Spice Trading Company.
Shipping and handling charges will depend on the value of your order to which the product is being shipped.
Orders will be dispatched within 2 days of receiving the order. Delivery time will be in accordance to the state the order is from, normally 3-10 working days.
Australia Post and Courier service will be used for product delivery depending on the most cost effective method and the order destination for the delivery.
Any delivery dates provided to you in connection with your order are estimates. Although the aim is to provide you with as accurate estimates as possible, The Spice Trading Company cannot promise that they are accurate.
Product that is delivered to you will become your property at the time that you receive it provided that The Spice Trading Company has received full payment for the product. As soon as The Spice Trading Company has delivered the product to you, you will become responsible for it and for any loss or damage to it thereafter.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
The product price is always the price indicated in the website when you place your order. There is no GST on the products, only for the shipping cost.
Products and their postage are paid in conjunction with the order. The available payment methods are displayed in connection with the product order form in the website. Online payment methods are provided by PayPal, Direct Deposit and Credit Card (when paying direct to The Spice Trading Company and will incur a 1.5% fee).
RETURNS / REFUNDS
Any products that are dispatched and arrive damaged or defective or delivered after their “Best Before” date, or which are not otherwise in accordance with the Customer’s order, may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Photo evidence will need to be made when the order is received.
When you place an order through the website, you will be providing The Spice Trading Company with your personal information. You agree that The Spice Trading Company will use your personal information to process your order and for the delivery of the products ordered and for other limited purposes of The Spice Trading Company. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other parties other than The Spice Trading Company.
